Our pulse jet filters cleaning mechanism generates a short powerful burst of induced air flow into the top of the bag. These bursts will reverse the air flow momentarily flexing the fabric bags to knock off excess dust agglomerated on top layer of the filter while maintaining a functional filter. These diaphragm valves are pneumatically and actuated by direct acting solenoid valves, which is controlled by an adjustable electronic timing panel. This automatically and effectively purges and dislodges material plugged on filters and therefore eases for maintenance purpose.
